Delivery & Make Time

What is your processing time?

We are a handmade to order shop, which means we need a certain amount of time to make your order before it's shipped.

Our make (processing) time is 5 business days, then delivery is on top of this.

You can choose your delivery method at checkout.

How long does UK delivery take?

Delivery time depends on what method you choose at checkout.

For UK customers:

Standard delivery - will arrive within 10 days of your order being placed.

Express delivery - will arrive within 7 days of your order being placed.

Please remember bank holidays & seasonal periods will sometimes affect delivery. You can message us via our Contact Page if you have any questions about delivery.

How long does international delivery take?

International parcels will take between 3 and 3.5 weeks to arrive after your order has been placed.

Can I track my order?

You sure can! We send everything through Royal Mail and will add your tracking details onto your order information once your item has shipped. You can then track through our website or on the Royal Mail website.

I haven't received my order

If it is past your delivery estimate, please visit our contact page to let us know if your order hasn't arrived.

  • Tracking

    We will provide you with a tracking number once your item has shipped. This will be through Royal Mail & will be added onto your order information.

  • Change of Address

    If you need to change the address on your order, please contact us immediately. It is the buyers responsibility to provide us with the correct address - changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped & we cannot be held responsible for lost orders due to incorrect details.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    Little Green Willow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

  • Parcels Damaged in Transit

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us straight away.

    We will ask for some information on what has happened & will offer to replace your item or refund you. Please note that you will need to return the damaged item to use before a refund can be processed.
