    At Little Green Willow, every item is handmade to order. Due to our made to order service, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been made tailored to you.

  • Custom & Personalised Orders

    We cannot accept returns on any personalised or custom orders.

  • Repairs

    Some items may be eligible for repair if needed.

    Please contact us with any repair requests.

  • Damaged Items

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us straight away.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Due to the nature of our shop, returns are not possible. Our items are all handmade to order & personalised with custom design features, so we are unable to offer returns due to our made to order service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We will offer you a replacement or refund but the original item will need to be sent back to us first.

Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service.

Refunds
If for any reason we need to refund you for an item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
